List of documents to be uploaded:

1. Original copy of Birth Certificate/HSLC Admit/HSLC Pass Certificate as age proof.
2. Original copy of caste certificate.
3. Undertaking affirming having less than 10 Bighas land.
4. Undertaking on family income as per attached format.
5. Original copy of Voter ID/ Aadhar/ PAN Card/Driving License.
6. Self declaration by the applicant as per prescribed performa along with photograph of the applicant in front of the business establishment
7. Recommendation letter from Chairman to be uploaded.
