Guideline for implementation of the scheme “Grants to Women SHGs”.

List of documents to be uploaded:

1. Original copy of up to date Registration Certificate
2. Names of all the members
3. Recent group photograph of all the SHG members.
4. Undertaking affirming all members belong to Tea Tribes community as per attached format.
5. Bank statement of last 6 months.
6. First page of applicant’s bank passbook.
