Guideline for implementation of the scheme “Post-Matric Scholarship”

List of documents to be uploaded (For Fresh Applicants):
(Applicants who will apply for the first time in the portal)

1. Original copy of Birth Certificate/HSLC Admit/HSLC Pass Certificate as age proof.
2. Copy of Mark-sheet of last examination passed to be uploaded.
3. Admission fee receipt of the course undergoing/Recommendation from Principal.
4. Undertaking on family income as per attached format.
5. Original copy of caste certificate.
6. First page of applicant’s bank passbook.

List of documents to be uploaded(For Existing Applicants):
(Applicants who has already applied last year for the scheme)

1. Copy of Mark-sheet of last examination passed to be uploaded (Current Year).
2. Admission fee receipt of the course undergoing/Recommendation from Principal (Current Year).
