List of documents to be uploaded(For Fresh Applicants):
(Applicants who will apply for the first time in the portal)

1. Original copy of Birth Certificate/HSLC Admit/HSLC Pass Certificate as age proof.
2. Original copy of caste certificate.
3. Undertaking on family income as per attached format.
4. Original copy of Mark-sheet of last examination passed.
5. Admission fee receipt of the course undergoing/Recommendation from Principal.
6. First page of applicant’s bank passbook.

List of documents to be uploaded(For Existing Applicants):
(Applicants who has already applied last year for the scheme)

1. Original copy of Mark-sheet of last examination passed (Current Year)
2. Admission fee receipt of the course undergoing/Recommendation from Principal (Current Year)
